METHODS OF PAYMENT

Payment can be made by submitting a check, credit card, or cash. Please contact our Customer Service Department to discuss your individual needs.

 

GRAPHIC CHARGES | PROOFS

Any artwork design or revisions done by Hendricks Business Solutions are billed per hour. All files, typesetting and design work will be sent to client for approval prior to printing. Proofs are submitted by PDF file, or hardcopy delivered, or faxed.

 

CLIENT'S PROPERTY | WAREHOUSING

Hendricks Business Solutions will maintain insurance and extended coverage on property belonging to the client only while the property is in our possession. Liability for such property will not exceed the amount recoverable from the insurance.

 

SHIPPING

Shipping costs include standard UPS rates. All prices are FOB shipping point. Large shipments will be sent via common carrier at a standard rate. Quantities shipped may vary up to 10% over or under run.
